Tracey is Director of Investment & Compliance at Incommunities, a leading housing provider in Yorkshire managing over 22,600 social and affordable homes. Tracey has led the way developing Incommunities first ever Strategic Asset Management Plan in line with the Institute of Asset Management Core Principles – A first within the housing sector.
With extensive experience working on major projects, Tracey is currently leading a significant 5-year £120 million property investment programme, not just looking at bricks and mortar but improving the properties and the communities that people call home.
Tracey is an experienced leader with over 25 years in a variety of strategic, commercial, operational and delivery roles, across both public sector and housing organisations. She is passionate about social housing and involving residents in the decision-making processes, with a commitment to providing safe, warm, and welcoming places to live and thrive.
