Lauretta joins us from First Choice Homes Oldham where she was Head of Tenancy & Neighbourhood Services. Lauretta was responsible for strategic development and operational delivery of customer experience in the allocation and management of homes, adaptation services, neighbourhood & tenancy management, Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and housing procurement and contract management.
Lauretta has over 25 years experience in housing, with the last 10 years in roles that provided strategic direction, improving service delivery, delivering value for money and empowering colleagues and teams to continuously improve services delivered to residents.
