The internet continues to shape almost every aspect of life from accessing services, staying connected with loved ones to education and job opportunities. This annual campaign encourages people of all ages to develop essential online skills.

We know not everyone has the skills or the confidence to navigate the internet effectively, so we are committed to supporting residents to get online.

Get Online Week 2024

Get Online Week 2024 is an exciting national campaign running from 14 – 20 October, dedicated to helping people become more confident and capable in the digital world.

Throughout the week, there are lots of free workshops, training sessions, and interactive events to get involved in. These events are tailored to various skill levels and interests, covering topics like learning how to protect yourself online, keeping in touch with friends and family, accessing important services like NHS health information, council services, and more.
