Problems with your heating?

If you have a problem with your boiler or heating, please report it to Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) on 0800587 0211. We will arrange for one of our gas operatives to attend to the fault.

If you need a warm, welcoming space or extra support whilst the weather is cold, support is always available. Whether you are looking for advise, a listening ear, or practical help, below is a list of services which are available.

Warm spaces and support services

Warm spaces come in all shapes and sizes: community centres, libraries, churches, community cafes, art centres, local business and schools. Each warm space is unique and offers different kinds of support and activities in a warm and friendly environment. You

If you live in a JRHT sheltered scheme

If you live in one of our sheltered schemes, please make use of communal facilities such as the communal lounge and kitchen to make yourself a warm drink, stay warm and socialise with your neighbours.

If you are struggling at any time, please speak to your scheme manager.
