My JRHT - Resident portal is now live

We’re thrilled to announce that My JRHT is now live. My JRHT is the new online resident's portal.  

It has been designed to make managing your home and accounts easy. Accessible anytime on your smartphone, laptop, or computer – My JRHT is here to give you more control and peace of mind.    

Through the portal you will be able to:  

  • Check your accounts. View your account balance, track charges, and see payments received. Download a copy of your statement whenever you need it.
  • Make payments. Quickly and securely via Allpay.
  • Request financial support. Get in touch with the Money and Benefits Advice Team for help with budgeting, benefits, or concerns about money.
  • Access communications. Easily view emails, letters, and texts we’ve sent you, all in one place.
  • Share feedback. Send compliments, comments, or complaints directly to us.

And that’s just the beginning! We will be adding more features to improve your experience such as reporting repairs, so look out for further updates.
