Following a recent inspection and assessment by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), JRHT has received updated grades for Governance, Viability, and the new Consumer Standard.
We are pleased to announce that JRHT has been graded G1 for Governance, V2 for Viability, and C2 for the new Consumer Standard, confirming our compliance across all assessed areas.
We welcome these findings and feedback from the regulator, particularly their recognition of the quality of our governance, which has retained the top grading of G1.
The C2 grading for the new Consumer Standard affirms our compliance with the regulator’s expectations, with areas for improvement highlighted. We remain focused on deepening our understanding of residents’ needs, strengthening engagement, and refining our approach to learning from complaints to drive further service improvements.
Chris Simpson, Managing Director of JRHT said “We are pleased with outcome, however, there is more work to be done. With continued support and involvement from the JRHT Board, residents, colleagues, and the regulator we remain dedicated to achieving improved standards for our residents.”
