The Money and Benefits Team has been providing vital support to residents, helping over 90 households navigate financial challenges during December and January.
With winter bringing higher energy bills and increased living costs, the team has been on hand to offer advice, guidance, and practical support to help residents manage their finances more effectively.
How we have helped residents this winter
- Maximising benefits – Ensuring residents receive all the financial support they are entitled to.
- Energy and cost-of-living advice – Helping people reduce bills and access grants.
- Debt and budgeting support – Offering guidance to improve financial stability.
