We are thrilled to announce the winners of its first Values Champions, part of the new JRHT Recognition Scheme. This initiative celebrates outstanding individuals who embody JRHT's core values through their dedication, compassion, and commitment to the community.
Each Values Champion was selected for their positive impact on residents, colleagues, and the broader community, exemplifying JRHT's principles of equality, respect, and support. From colleagues to volunteers, the winners have gone above and beyond to make a difference every day.
The winners have shown exceptional service, whether by providing hands-on support, fostering a welcoming environment, or innovating new ways to enhance well-being. Through their actions, they inspire others and bring JRHT’s mission to life. The organisation is proud to honour these individuals who play such a vital role in nurturing a supportive and compassionate community.
Congratulations to the JRHT Values Champions – thank you for your remarkable contributions!

We Make a Difference
Fran Dalgreen, Repairs Co-ordinator from JRHT
When an issue with a supplier’s invoices created a backlog and pressure on the Ledgers team, Fran stepped in with her expertise to provide an innovative solution. By merging multiple spreadsheets and simplifying the process, she reduced outstanding invoices from Travis Perkins and made a significant impact on team workload. Fran’s resourcefulness, collaboration, and commitment to easing the workload for her colleagues have truly made a difference.
Fran Charnock, volunteer at Hartfields
Fran’s dedication to organising events at Hartfields has brought joy, inclusion, and connection to countless residents. From weekly coffee mornings to Halloween celebrations and the highly popular Nostalgia events, Fran’s passion and commitment shine through.
