This summer, we are excited to launch our new campaign – “In Your Community”. Colleagues from across our organisation will be visiting tenants at their homes to discuss our services and gather feedback about the area they live in.
By listening to tenants, we can gain valuable insights into what matters to them and focus on improving our services in these areas.
The campaign began in Woodlands and Victoria Geldof in June and will continue throughout the summer.
Our teams will be visiting all tenants, including those in extra care and sheltered housing, whether they rent or own part of their home with us.

Additional dates will be announced as the campaign progresses. Tenants will receive information in advance of our visits.
If a tenant is unavailable during our visit, we will leave a "Sorry We Missed You" postcard along with a printed survey and a pre-paid envelope for easy return.
