What is My JRHT?
Accessible anytime and anywhere on your smartphone, laptop or computer – My JRHT is here to provide you with more control and peace of mind.
With My JRHT you can:
- Check your accounts: view your account balance, track charges, and see payments received. Download a copy of your statement whenever you need it.
- Make payments: quickly and securely via Allpay.
- Request financial support: get in touch with the Money and Benefits Advice Team for help with budgeting, benefits, or concerns about money.
- Access communications: easily view emails, letters, and texts we’ve sent you, all in one place.
- Share feedback: send compliments, comments, or complaints directly to us.
My JRHT compliments the other ways you can get in contact with us – you can still call or email the Customer Access Team to manage your home.
How to register for an account
Registering for a My JRHT account is quick and easy. All you need is:
- an email address that you use and we have on our records
- your full address
- your full name.
First, complete the form to request your tenancy reference number and activation code. You will need these to set up an account. After you complete the form, our team will review it. This may take at least one working day. Once approved, we will send the details to the email address we have on record for you.
Then, complete the registration form and follow the steps on the screen to finish setting up the account.
If you don’t receive the email with your tenancy reference number and activation code, call us on 0800 5870211 and we’ll be happy to assist. If we update the email address we have on our records, please wait 30 minutes before trying to register again.

My personal details are incorrect.
If any of your personal details are incorrect – like your telephone number, National Insurance number, or date of birth –updating them is easy. Please call 0800 5870211 and we will correct the information for you. If you notice any errors in the household members listed under the My Agreement section of My JRHT, we can update those details as well.
I have a garage and a house. Do I need to create two accounts?
No, you don’t need to have separate accounts. If you have more than one agreement with us, like a garage and a house, you can access all of them through one My JRHT account. If you can’t see all your agreements listed under the My Agreements section, please call 0800 5870211. We will make sure everything is properly linked for you.
How do I reset my password?
Don’t worry, if you have forgotten your password or want to change it. On the sign in page, click the 'Forgotten your password?' and follow the instructions on screen. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
My rent balance doesn’t seem right
If your rent balance doesn’t look right, don’t worry – it may not be an issue. Seeing detailed rent transactions can sometimes make things seem more complex. The balance may also vary depending on how payments are processed and the day you are checking it. If you are still concerned, please call us on 0800 5870211 and a member of the Customer Access Team will be happy to review your account and assist you.
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address for your My JRHT account:
- Sign into My JRHT.
- Go to the My profile section in the menu.
- Select 'Update account email' to update or change your email address.
Please note: This change will only update your email address for your My JRHT account. If you would like to update the main email address we have on record for you, please call 0800 5870211.
